Guardian suggests. You decide.

Guardian Daily is designed around human authority, truthful evidence, and clear limits—not invisible automation.

You approve consequential actions

Guardian can organize information, explain options, and prepare a next step. Preparation and execution are separate. It does not send messages, make purchases, book appointments, share information, or take another consequential action without your explicit approval and a connected service that supports it.

You can approve, edit, skip, or stop

A prepared step should show what will happen before anything consequential occurs. You can approve it, change it, skip it, or leave it pending. Approval is not proof of completion: Guardian records the actual result separately and shows when that result is still unknown.

Memory requires consent

Guardian keeps a memory only when you approve it. You can review and remove saved memories. A conversation is not permission to remember every detail forever. Memory and personalization never grant additional permissions.

Evidence and uncertainty stay visible

Research answers can include clickable sources. Guardian distinguishes what is known, what is estimated, and what it cannot verify. Time saved counts as confirmed only when the user approves the outcome; estimates stay separate and failed or pending outcomes remain visible.

Delivery claims require evidence

An in-app notification is not called an email, text, or push notification. A prepared draft is not called sent. Guardian shows “Connected,” “Ready to connect,” “Setup required,” “Coming soon,” “Needs attention,” pending, failed, or confirmed according to the evidence it actually has.

Family sharing is bounded

Only approved family members can see information shared inside their family space, and roles control family responsibilities. A one-tap check-in page shows no other app data. Location is optional and confirmed at the moment of sharing. Removing access stops future access but cannot make someone forget or erase a copy they already received.

Accountability stays human

Guardian can recommend a priority or explain why it surfaced something, but it does not replace a person's judgment. People can challenge a suggestion, correct saved information, remove a memory, and review the outcome. Guardian Enterprise LLC remains responsible for operating Guardian Daily; “the AI” is not treated as an accountable person.

Important limits

Guardian Daily is not an emergency service, medical professional, lawyer, or financial adviser. It does not contact 911. Outside email, calendar, file, payment, and messaging services are unavailable unless the relevant screen explicitly says they are connected.

Guardian wins when you win.

Guardian is designed to help you protect what matters, save time, reduce mental load, stay on top of commitments, and flourish — while you remain in control. Guardian is not built to keep you on screen. More life. Not more screen time.

How Guardian measures success

Success is measured by what changes in your life, not by how long you spend in the app. Your own figures are on your Impact page and stay private to you.

  • Time returned: Only minutes you confirm count. Estimates are kept separate and never added in.
  • Useful actions completed: Prepared steps you approved and that finished with a recorded result.
  • Commitments protected: Priorities and reminders you marked done.
  • Money saved: Only when you record an actual saving — never guessed.
  • Corrections and removals honored: Memories you corrected or removed, and access you revoked.
  • Less attention needed: Not yet measured. We won't show a number until we can measure it fairly.

We never publish invented totals, ratings or rankings. Being people's choice is something Guardian has to earn through real results and honest reviews — it is not a claim we make.
