What this app is, and what it is not

A plain description of the arrangement between you and the company that runs Guardian Daily.

Last updated: October 6, 2026

Who you are dealing with

Guardian Daily is operated by Guardian Enterprise LLC, a North Dakota limited liability company, 8030 59th Street South, Horace, ND 58047. Keep your own copy of anything that matters to you — Settings → Your data exports it at any time.

Current beta access

Guardian Daily is in its first limited beta. Admitted members receive access to all currently available beta features free through November 5, 2026. Guardian Daily membership: $9.97/month (tax may apply; cancel anytime). Current beta members keep free access through November 5, 2026. Paid sign-up is not open yet.

It is not on sale today. No current public control can charge you. A page saying thank you never proves payment or grants paid access.

Cancelling and refunds

These terms remain available for anyone with a legitimate paid membership from an earlier offer. They do not announce a current paid offer.

  • You can cancel at any time, from Guardian or by writing to us. No notice period.
  • Cancelling stops the next payment. You keep your membership until the end of the month you have already paid for.
  • To ask for a refund, write to support@guardiandaily.ai. A person reviews each request, and we always give any refund the law where you live requires.
  • A refund is returned by the same payment method, and your bank decides how long it takes to appear.

How to reach us

Use the contact page or email support@guardiandaily.ai for billing, cancellations, refunds, privacy requests and anything else. It is read by a person, not a robot, and we aim to answer within two working days.

What the assistant will not do

  • The assistant never acts outside the app. It proposes; you approve or decline.
  • The assistant itself has no calendar, email, phone, web or device-location access, and no way to send anything outside Guardian. (The app does have its own family features — messages, call requests and check-ins between approved family members, with location only when you choose to attach it. Those are yours to use; the assistant does not operate them for you.)
  • Not a medical or emergency service. Call 911 in an emergency. Nothing here is medical, legal, financial or safety advice, and Guardian never contacts emergency services.
  • Missed check-ins: Guardian does not watch for missed check-ins and never raises an alarm or contacts anyone when one doesn't happen. A check-in is only sent when a person chooses to send it. Do not rely on Guardian as a safety alarm.

Your side of it

  • Use your own account, and keep your device and password secure.
  • Only add other people's information — names, messages, files — where you have their agreement.
  • Do not use the app to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
  • Anything you share with a family member or grant access to a plan can be read, copied or kept by them. Revoking access stops future access only.

Ending it

Settings → Your data clears your personal Guardian record — your name, intention, priorities, memories and preferences. It does not close your sign-in account, and it does not remove your home plans, their files, your family space or messages already delivered to other people. Those are removed separately, and some of them only by the person or family space that holds them. To close your account yourself, use Settings → Your data → Delete my account. That permanently removes your account, any family you created (other members keep their own accounts), and your messages and check-ins; payment records are kept as the law requires. You can also write to us and a person will handle it.

Warranties, liability and disputes

The bracketed items below are placeholders pending confirmation by qualified counsel.

  • No warranty. Guardian Daily is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Limit of liability. To the extent permitted by law, Guardian Enterprise LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited to [amount to be confirmed by counsel — the beta is free]. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
  • Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, [except where the consumer law where you live says otherwise].
  • Venue. Disputes are heard in the courts of [county to be confirmed by counsel], North Dakota, [subject to your consumer rights].
  • Resolving disputes. Email support@guardiandaily.ai first and allow [30] days to resolve the matter informally. [Whether disputes then go to arbitration or court, and any class-action waiver, is to be confirmed by counsel.]
