About
More life. Not more screen time.
Why Guardian Daily exists, in plain words.
Time is life
Nobody gets more hours. The hours that go on remembering, chasing, checking and following up are hours taken from the people and things that actually matter. That is the whole problem Guardian Daily is trying to reduce.
What Guardian does about it
Guardian helps carry the remembering, organizing, monitoring and follow-through so you can spend more time on what matters. It keeps today simple, brings things back at the right moment, prepares what it can, and then stops and waits for you.
Built for people, not engagement
Guardian exists to protect what matters, give people more life, strengthen families and preserve human agency. Its direction is simple: help people and families flourish, one family at a time. The product is designed to help you finish what matters and leave the screen, not keep you scrolling.
AI is the tool, not the destination
Guardian is not trying to become the place you spend your day. A good day with Guardian is a short one: you see what matters, you decide, and you close the app. Your judgement stays final on anything that carries a consequence. Guardian can prepare a draft or next step, but preparation is not execution. Today, you send drafts and complete outside actions yourself unless a screen clearly identifies a connected service and asks for approval.
Measured honestly, or not at all
The one number Guardian asks to be judged on is time you say you got back. Everyone starts at zero. A rough figure stays an estimate for ever unless you confirm it yourself, and the times Guardian did not help stay in the list next to the times it did. There are no invented statistics on this site, no invented testimonials and no invented member counts.
Where it is today
Guardian Daily is in a limited beta. Admitted members receive access to all currently available beta features without a card or charge during the beta. Guardian Daily membership is $9.97/month (tax may apply; cancel anytime). Current beta members keep free access through November 5, 2026. Paid sign-up is not open yet. Some planned connections and delivery features are not available; where that is true, the app should say “Setup required” or “Coming soon” rather than imply that something was sent or completed.
Who’s building Guardian

Guardian Daily is built under Guardian Enterprise LLC. It is founder-led and early-stage: Dan Norris leads the work from Horace, North Dakota. We do not claim a large team, outside funding or partnerships we don’t have.
Why we’re building it
The mission is human flourishing: more life, not more screen time. We’re building Guardian carefully around your control, clear permissions, family coordination and AI you can trust to stop and ask before anything consequential happens.
What you can expect from Guardian
- Stage: limited, early beta. Things will change and some will break.
- Works today: Ask Guardian, reminders, saved calendar entries, family check-ins and messages with approved people, memory you approve, and approvals.
- Still being built: Google Calendar connection (setup required on our side), Gmail and Drive (coming soon), automatic texting, and verified phone alerts.
- Pricing and terms: Current beta members are free through November 5, 2026. If pricing or material terms change, you’ll be told clearly before any paid plan begins.
- Your data: you can see, correct, delete and export what Guardian remembers. No lock-in: your information is yours to take with you.
We don’t promise uptime, funding or future features we haven’t built yet.
